How to get Our Services?


Bulk SMS

  1. Client signs up to our self-managed web portal to create account. API provision is also available on request. Lead time: few minutes
  2. Bulk SMS is purchased via portal or directly via assigned account manager. Lead time: 24-48 working hours.
  3. Client begins use of portal.

Bulk Disbursements

  1. Client shares quantity desired of Airtime/Data/Cash/Shopping Vouchers to be procured & mechanic to send to recipients, typically via SMS or direct top to recipient
  2. IMS shares quote for upfront payment for the disbursement
  3. Client makes payment & shares recipient list for action by IMS
  4. IMS does disbursement as per agreed schedule.

Consumer Promotions

  1. Client shares campaign brief
  2. IMS shares proposal with quote. Lead time 48 working hours
  3. On agreement with IMS, client shares Purchase order or deposit for IMS to commence work
  4. IMS develops system as per brief. Lead time: 10 working days depending on mechanic. May be shorter or longer
  5. IMS conducts system tests system client to ensure satisfaction. Lead time: 48 working hours to resolve any issues
  6. Client launches campaign.
